Venlly privacy policy
Venlly is a shared space for the people caring for one person. What you enter — appointments, notes, goals, medications and who has access — is stored so it can be shown to the members you have chosen, at the access level you set.
What we collect
- Your name and email, to create your account.
- What you add to a huddle: appointments, checklist items, notes, goals and medication lists.
- An access log: which member viewed which section and when, shown to the huddle's owner.
- If you use voice notes, speech is transcribed on your device. Audio is not uploaded; only the text you keep is stored.
What we don't do
- We do not sell or share data with third parties.
- We do not use it for advertising or analytics.
- We do not share it with anyone outside the members the huddle owner has invited.
Storage and security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed and never stored in the clear. Access is scoped per member, can be time-limited, and can be revoked by the owner at any time.
Deleting your data
Delete your account from Settings inside the app. That removes your account, your memberships, and any huddles you own, immediately.
